Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of gaicko.com and to any services described on it. Specific commercial terms for a paid engagement, including scope, deliverables, fees and governing law, are set out in a separate engagement contract agreed directly with the client; where the two documents conflict, the engagement contract takes precedence.

Descriptions of services on this website, including AI consulting, AI automation, AI agents, AI chatbots, workflow automation, AI websites, marketing automation and industry-specific automation, are indicative. Quotations provided by gAIcko are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised once the full scope of work is understood.

Once a client accepts a quotation or proposal, the engagement is governed by an agreed contract setting out deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable according to the schedule set out in that contract, and gAIcko reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

Unless otherwise agreed in an engagement contract, gAIcko retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies used to deliver a project, while ownership of bespoke deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. Third-party components, licences and platforms used within a project remain subject to their own terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and any content or data needed for gAIcko to deliver a project. Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any data or content supplied to gAIcko for use in a project.

Our services may incorporate third-party platforms and AI model providers. AI-generated content, recommendations and automated outputs are produced using probabilistic models and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or error-free. Clients and website visitors should apply human review and judgement before relying on any AI-generated output for a business, financial, legal or safety-critical decision.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but gAIcko does not warrant that any service or output will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, gAIcko's liability arising from any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable engagement contract.

An engagement continues until its deliverables are completed or it is terminated in accordance with the terms agreed in that engagement's contract. Governing law and jurisdiction for any engagement are as specifically agreed in that engagement's contract, reflecting the client's location and the nature of the work.
